Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience in managing recruitment processes
  • Experience with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media
  • Knowledge of different recruitment platforms 
  • Experience writing meaningful pitches, jobs descriptions
  • Experience with technical recruitment, basic understanding of web and mobile technologies
  • Passion for connecting with people and building effective and trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Very good communication and negotiations skills
  • Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Proactivity, problem ownership and result orientation



  • Provide full-cycle recruitment for techical and non-technical positions
  • Candidates database gathering  maintainance (we use HURMA CRM)
  • Drive the recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling,conducting an interview, offers, and everything in between)
  • Conducting the recruitment processes using different and innovative sourcing channels and methodologies
  • Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents, generate hiring reports.
  • Cooperation with HR, Business Development and Delivery Departments to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
