Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of development experience in a server-side language — Golang
With 2+ years of development experience in GoLang itself
2+ years Experience in Backend development
Experience in building microservices; ideally deployed in Docker containers on AWS
Experience in agile development practices
Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL data stores (MySql or PostgreSQL, Elastic Search)
Experience with VCS — Git, GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket
Ability to diagnose problems at any level (Client, HTTP/Network, Server, Database, OS)
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to react and fix issues quickly
Demonstrable experience in building large concurrent applications
A genuine interest in working in a fast-paced start-up and ideally MedTech
AWS advanced skills (Lambda, Cognito, CloudWatch, S3, SQS, SNS)
REST API
Proficient English Level

Delivering clean, architecturally sound and maintainable server-side code; ideally with full-stack development experience
Collaborating with stakeholders in the company to rapidly build a world-class product
Motivating the team past roadblocks to make sure we are shipping features as effectively as possible
Contributing to the current move away from monolithic architecture to micro-services
Championing new technologies and enforcing the best development patterns
Keeping a keen eye on the future, whilst making sure we proactively but pragmatically tackle technical debt
