What will help you to do the job:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing recruitment processes
  • Experience with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including the use of digital and social media
  • Experience with technical recruitment, a basic understanding of web and mobile technologies
  • High levels of influencing and communications skills
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Proactivity, problem ownership and result orientation
  • High energy levels, engaging personality with a positive attitude
  • Passion for connecting with people and building effective and trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

What you’ll help us with:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions. This includes understanding business needs, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Engage in all employee lifecycle aspects, including onboarding, 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and exit interviews
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Develop and implement new HR processes if needed while updating and improving existing ones
  • HURMA Administration
  • Organize and coordinate both online and offline team activities to foster team spirit and engagement
  • Participate actively in various internal company processes to ensure smooth operations, such as Control Room Meetings and Strategy Planning
  • Maintain strong personal relationships with employees, conduct surveys, and work towards continuously improving corporate culture
  • Keep recruitment and HR tools updated with the latest information
