From Developer to Visionary Leader
Tetiana started her journey in 2005 as a software developer, where she quickly realised her passion for solving complex problems and bringing creative ideas to life. As her career evolved, she took on roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Manager, gaining invaluable hands-on experience working with startups and leading innovative projects.
Today, as the CEO of Diversido, Tetiana combines her technical expertise with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style. She works closely with her team to deliver customised software solutions for clients around the world, including the US, UK, Germany, France, and Israel, ensuring every project exceeds expectations.
A Foundation of Learning and Expertise
Tetiana holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and continually expands her knowledge in areas like Gamification, Behavioural Design, and user-focused software development. Her multilingual skills (English, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, and French) make working with global clients seamless.
Whether it’s creating engaging apps or solving technical challenges, Tetiana and her team focus on designing solutions that work for real people and their needs.
